Celtic Heart meaning?

Does anyone know what the celtic heart of knots stands for? Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

2. A celtic knot is a symbol of strengh & unity/everything tying together. I have never seen a celtic heart; but if you are refering to the cadallah, then it means union (between two people; usually marrige).
