Can i join the marines with a celtic cross on the bottom side of my forearm?

I want to know if the new marines policy will let me in if i have a Celtic cross on the bottom side of my forearm. I know the rule about the sleeve's and the half sleeves so don't talk about that. I'm not sure if the celtic cross on the underside of my forearm would count as a half sleeve.
